Mindful Nest

A weekly feel-good class designed to help you recharge, lift your mood, and connect with yourself and your little one, through mindfulness and guided practices.[email protected]

You’ll experience guided meditations, learn mindfulness techniques, and explore reflective themes inspired by the rhythms of life, the seasons, and the journey of parenthood.

Mindfulness isn’t just a buzzword. It’s a scientifically proven way to boost mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and sharpen focus, especially when life feels overwhelming.

A class for You, with your little one by your side

Mindful Nest is open to all parents and guardians with small children (typically aged 0-4, but slightly older ones are welcome too).

  • The setup is similar to any parent-baby class, but this one is aimed for the adults. Each class is 45min long.

  • You're warmly encouraged to bring your child along. I know how hard it can be to find childcare, and I want this space to reflect the realities of parenting, not add pressure to it.

  • Due to limited spaces, please bring one child per adult. If you'd need to bring more than one children, please contact me via email and I will aim to accommodate it as possible.

  • Bring a toy and snacks for your little one (as you would for any baby class).

  • You can bring a yoga mat if you'd like to sit on (optional).

  • I’ll also bring some toys for little ones to enjoy.

Classes start on 21st August 2025. Both venues have nearby parking available.
